Changing Lives by Lindy

Growing up in the small town of Wylie, just outside of Dallas, Lindy first developed her passion for cosmetics and skincare.  It was the eighties, and the thick, orange line of demarcation of foundation was plentiful. It was a unique time.  The look was harsh and androgenous, and Lindy knew that she could improve such atrocities that were running rampant with simple steps that everyone could learn and achieve. 

After graduation, Lindy started to pursue her passion for makeup and skincare.She moved to San Francisco at the ripe age of 22 and embraced the abundant creativity that was driving fashion and the arts.  There was much to learn and she welcomed the experimentation of style.  Lindy, too, experimented with various looks and discovered the Susan Powter hairstyle was one she should never again display on herself. 

After her initiation into San Francisco fashion, Lindy returned to help the women of Dallas in the makeup industry.  She put her best fashion foot forward and excelled at several top end cosmetic lines.  Lindy even had the pleasure to work with Elisabeth Hasselbeck on the Style Network's show "The Look for Less". 

In the beginning of 2008, Lindy was promoted as a National Makeup Artist for Laura Mercier.  Traveling the US and Canada as a National Makeup Artist and headlining events at high end retailers and boutiques, Lindy found excitement and joy in changing lives. She learned that the best part of being a stylist/ makeup artist is helping clients feel great and building strong relationships with all of them. Whether it's someone that feels lost on the style highway, the bride on her big day, or someone with cancer wanting to feel beautiful, Lindy has the talent and experience to transform a moment, a day or a life.
