Who is your typical client?

There is no typical client.  I've worked with men and women from ages 12-80 in all career fields and levels including executives, doctors, students, entertainers, single mothers, and everyone in between. 

What type of shopping budget do I need?

I've worked with shopping budgets ranging from $250 to unlimited.

What stores do you typically shop with/for your clients?

Everything from Target to Neiman Marcus.  I'll work with your budget and preferences to meet your needs. 

Is there a particular style you tend to go towards?

No.  Every client's style is unique.  I combine current lifestyle, wardrobe needs, desired personal perception, body type and current fashion in order to set styling objectives.

How many hours does it take to create a new image?

This depends on the client.  Everyone's needs are different. 

Do you go shopping with your clients?

Yes, I shop with many of my clients.  This has proven to be an effective way to learn about your personality and preferences.  It also serves to educate the client and take the frustration out of shopping. 

How do you work with a hair stylist?
We will discuss different options and find the style that is best suited for you.  We will also deal directly with the stylist, give detailed instruction about the style and color we have selected for your updated image. 
Do you charge an hourly rate for travel time?

I do not charge an hourly rate for travel.  If travel is required, the client is responsible for applicable airfare, hotel and mileage only.

How far in advance do I need to book services?

Depending on the services, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance.  However, depending on scheduling changes, some clients are able to book services with no more than 1 day notice. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept cash and personal checks, as well as credit/debit cards via Paypal.

Do I need to make a deposit when booking sevices?

Yes, I require a deposit of 50%.  The deposit is fully refundable if cancellations are made at least 5 business days in advance.  If cancellations are made within 5 business days, I'll withhold $150 from the refundable amount.  Clients may reschedule services without affecting the deposited amount. 

When is payment due?

Payment for any outstanding balance is due upon completion of services.
